Alinma Bank recently held a number of workshops for staff on Saudi Labor Law. The sessions, which took place in Dammam and Jeddah between April 20 and 27, targeted managers and supervisors from the Eastern and Western regions of the kingdom. Attendance was strong, with a total of 65 participants.
The workshops were part of a Human Capital initiative, launched in 2016, to raise levels of awareness on important topics related to Saudi labor law amongst employees. Workshop highlights included an expert talk delivered by Mr. Mohammed Al-Duweish, a Saudi lawyer who specializes in labor related issues, and who explained various key aspects of labor law that apply to the bank.
