A delegation of students from the banking department at the College Of Business Management & Science at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, visited some branches of Alinma Bank as part of their training programs, which seek to promote the practical side of college students. During the tour they had a presentation about banking products and services provided by Alinma Bank and the advantages provided to Alinma Bank partners in a professional work environment offered through qualified employees., The visit also included the identification of training programs and job opportunities offered by the Alinma bank to its staff as soon as they join.
On this occasion, Dr. Sulaiman Al-Hudaif, the general manager of human capital of Alinma Bank said, human capital group is always aggressive to meet and communicate with the young national competencies and inform them about the opportunities and jobs available at the bank, through job fairs or through forums and activities of universities, to define the professional work environment and the level of distinguished training programs available within the Bank, which is one of the best work environments among the Saudi banks.
