Alinma Bank’s RESTATEX Participation a Great Success

RIYADH, May 5, 2014 – Alinma Bank has wrapped up its participation at this year’s Riyadh Real Estate, Housing & Urban Development Exhibition (RESTATEX), which ran from April 27, 2014 through April 30, 2014. The event was held at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and was sponsored by Dr. Shaweesh Bin Saud Al Duwaihy, the Minister of Housing.

The Alinma booth at the exhibition saw heavy traffic from attendees who expressed their interest in and approval of the special offers being extended by the bank.  They were particularly pleased by the comprehensive, Shariah-compliant, financing solutions that covered the full range of real estate properties. Attendees were also appreciative of the competitive profit margins offered by Alinma, the exemplary customer service received from bank staff, and the bank’s overall ability to deliver services expeditiously.

Commenting on the event, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, the CEO of Alinma Bank, said he was pleased with the bank’s participation.  "We were delighted with the heavy turnout at the Alinma booth and the opportunity that afforded us to communicate with and serve our partners (customers),” said Al-Fares. “We had a number of special offers available exclusively at the exhibition that we were pleased to extend to partners along with the full range of our other solutions, which are designed to address partner needs and aspirations.”

Regarding the bank’s special offers at the exhibition, it should be noted that attendees who applied for financing at the event received competitive profit margins as well as flexible contractual options and repayment periods, which extend up to 30 years. Financing was available in amounts up to SAR 7 million, with no administrative fees.

Additionally, exhibition attendees were also eligible for joint financing without the requirement of there being a familial relationship between the individuals taking that financing. All types of real estate properties were available (villas, apartments, commercial properties, and land).  There was also a financing provision that waives repayment in the unfortunate event of death or total disability.

Alinma looks forward to its continued participation at such events through which it can support the drive to provide appropriate housing for citizens across the kingdom.
