Continuing to develop financing mechanisms to enhance its distinguished services in real estate financing, Alinma Bank, in cooperation with the National Housing Company, signed The Electronic Financing Agreement to facilitate the customers’ experience in applying for real estate financing products through a comprehensive electronic platform that contains reliable and certified information from the concerned authorities to contribute to the acceleration financing process.
The agreement was signed at the Sakani Forum aimed at enabling beneficiaries to own the appropriate housing through multiple financing products that meet all needs within easy and accessible electronic procedures, in line with the objectives of The ministry of Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 -.
It is worth noting that the electronic financing agreement is a technical link between the bank's systems and the systems of the National Housing Company to grant beneficiaries' an immediate financing approvals and to have an integrated services with a distinctive customer experience.
