Those Alinma partners (customers) wishing to avail themselves of this opportunity should call the bank’s Alinma Phone service (8001208000) to submit a formal request. There are no fees or penalties associated with this grace period.
Alinma is always eager to serve its partners and has adopted the slogan “We Care” to represent this effort. It was, therefore, a natural extension of this slogan to temporarily postpone financing installments, a move that places Alinma as the first Saudi bank to do so.
