Alinma Bank Receives “Best Digital Service” Award

Alinma Bank recently received the “Best Digital Service” award from the Union of Arab Banks and the Arab Organization for Information and Communication Technologies. The award was given in recognition of Alinma’s efforts to digitize its partner (customer) experience in ways that bring exemplary convenience to partners’ financial lives.

 

Recent additions to the bank’s digital offerings have included online current account opening, new/replacement card printing via Alinma ATMs, 24/7 self-service digital branches, interactive teller machines (ITM), small denomination ATMs, and corporate cash depoist machines.

 

Speaking about the honor, Alinma Bank CEO, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, said that the award was the culmination of efforts made to provide partners with the latest in  banking technology and digital services that ensure safety, convenience, and efficiency for partners, whether they are individuals, large corporate entities, government organizations, or SMEs.

 

The award coincided with Alinma’s recent, successful launches of Apple Pay for iOS devices, and mada Pay for Android devices. The bank has a network of 161 branches and 1488 ATMs across the kingdom.  It additionally provides partners with numerous 24/7 self-service banking options, which include Alinma Internet (www.alinma.com), Alinma Phone (8001208000), Alinma Mobile (WAP), and the suite of Alinma applications for smart devices.
