Draw Terms and Conditions:

• To enter the raffle, you must register in the ruffle URL published on alinma X platform, or visit alinma's booth at Cityscape Global exhibition and register your details for a double winning chance.
• The offer is valid during the Cityscape exhibition period, from November 17 to November 20, 2025
• To enter the raffle, opening a current account is mandatory. Participants outside the alinma booth are granted one entry chance, while participants inside the booth are granted two entry chances.
• There will be a total of 3 winners during the exhibition period for the three BMW 5 Series cars.
• To benefit from the offer, the customer must be a minimum of 18 Hijri years old and have alinma current account, if you don't have one, open your account now.
• The raffle does not include alinma Bank employees and its subsidiaries.
• If the winner’s name does not match the alinma account number entered in the competition, they will be disqualified from the draw.
• The winner must provide an acknowledgement granting the Bank permission to use their name, photo, and appearance in marketing publications through alinma Bank's social media accounts or other Bank channels.

• Submit the real estate financing application during your visit to the booth, from November 17 to November 20, 2025.
• Application can be submitted via the alinma App or through the Real Estate Advisor at the booth.

• The offer is exclusive to customers who visit the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition.
• The offer includes all real estate financing products except (subsequent payments for self-build product, refinancing product, and supported debt purchase product).
• The offer includes the 2-in-1 product and the Flexible Installment feature (Fixed, Increasing, Decreasing, and Solidarity).
