Terms and Conditions:
- Offer valid from 24 June to 31 August 2026.
- The offer is exclusive to selected customers who have been contacted via SMS, app notifications, or email.
- 5% Cashback on International POS and online.
- Includes payments made via physical cards or digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, mada Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay).
- The total cashback amount will be calculated based on your total international transactions during the promotion period, subject to the spending requirements mentioned in the SMS.
- Cashback will be awarded upon reaching the specified spending threshold.
- The maximum cashback limit is determined by the customer segment, as specified in the SMS sent to you.
- The cashback amount applies only to the spending target specified in the message, any additional spending beyond that amount will not be eligible for cashback.
- The customer is entitled to benefit from this offer only once upon reaching the required spending threshold during the promotion period.
- The cashbacks amounts will be credited no later than 45 days after the campaign ends
- Reversed, refunded, and canceled transactions are excluded.
- Points/Rewards will not be credited to cards that are closed, blocked, or reported stolen.
- Government bill payments, cryptocurrency purchases, and illegal transactions are excluded.
- Cash withdrawals, money transfers, e-wallets top-ups, government bill payments, cryptocurrency purchases, financial services, and illegal transactions are excluded. Excluded Merchant Category Codes (MCC): (4829, 6211, 6010, 6011, 6012, 6540).
- mada cards cards transactions made in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain and Oman are excluded from the scope of the campaign and will NOT count towards spend target
- Cashback is valid on all international spends made in non-SAR currencies
