alinma has concluded the “Qiyadiyah” program—one of its sustainability and social responsibility program (AMAD)—delivered in partnership with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University. A group of young female leaders was celebrated upon completing this specialized program, designed to enhance their leadership capabilities and empower them to take on influential roles.
The program reflects alinma’s ongoing commitment to supporting the professional and economic empowerment of Saudi women and strengthening their participation in national development, in line with Saudi Vision 2030. It also underscores the bank’s dedication to building an aware and capable society, nurturing young leadership talent, and developing female competencies to play an active role in driving the national economy.
