Alinma Banks Launches “Land and Loan” Financing Contracts in Cooperation with the Ministry of Housing

For the first time in Saudi Arabia and as part of its ongoing commitment to the kingdom’s Vision 2030 effort, Alinma Bank has launched “land and loan” financing contracts in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing.  The new initiative further addresses affordable housing needs, and has been launched a number of the kingdom’s regions including Arar and Diriyah governorate.

 

Speaking about the new service, Alinma Bank CEO, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, praised government efforts to develop the housing sector and support affordable housing in Saudi Arabia.  He also emphasized the productive nature of Alinma’s partnership with the Ministry of Housing, which continues to positively impact the lives of citizens.
