Alinma Bank Pavilion Strongly Attended at Financial Sector Conference

The Alinma Bank pavilion at the recently concluded Financial Sector Conference at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Riyadh saw strong interest from conference attendees, and gave the bank a unique opportunity to share its vision, mission, and strengths. The display included a fully-functioning model of the bank’s recently launched digital branch concept, which provides bank partners (customers) with 24/7 access to self-service branch banking.  Additionally, Alinma Bank CEO, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, was a featured speaker at the conference, where he shared his insights on the role of Shariah-compliant financing in maintaining a stable and sustainable financial sector.

The conference, held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, brought together key stakeholders in the ongoing development of the kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative, and was the largest financial event regionally and internationally. With discussions highlighting the competitive position of the Saudi financial sector in the Middle East and the world, and information on financial sector development and opportunities in the financial industry, the conference gathered leaders, experts, academics, and executives from around the world.

With its model digital branch, conference attendees were given a first-hand look at the level of excellence Alinma is bringing to the sector. At present, the bank’s digital branch concept has been implemented at its location on Tahiliyyah Street in Riyadh.  More digital branch openings are expected in the near future.
