Alinma Launches Its Newest Branch in Riyadh Seeks to Expand Reach and Customer Base

Alinma Bank, which has, in recent quarters, continued its rapid expansion across the kingdom, has launched its newest branch in the Second Industrial City in Riyadh.  This brings its branch total to 134 and positions Alinma to deliver on its promise to provide its partners (customers) comprehensive services wherever they might be.  Alinma additionally has plans for further branch and ATM network expansion in 2017 as well as the broader penetration of services such as point of sale support.

The official launch ceremony for the branch was attended by Eng. Saleh Al Rasheed, the Director General of the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) and Mr. Fahad Al-Semari, the General Manager of Retail Banking at Alinma.

Speaking about the launch, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, Alinma Bank CEO, expressed his pleasure at being able to bring Alinma’s exemplary services to the Second Industrial City.

“Alinma Bank has a commitment to the development of the Saudi economy,” said Al-Fares. “MODON has a wonderful track record in attracting industrial investment and we are pleased to be associated with that success by having a branch in the heart of development in the region.”

Al-Fares went on to add that Alinma would continue its expansion strategy with a focus on bringing more partners into the bank and helping them address their financial needs through the bank’s best-in-class partner service and innovative, Shariah-compliant product offerings.

It should be noted that in addition to providing conveniently located branches for its partners, the bank also provides a vast array of electronic services that greatly simply partners’ financial lives. One such recently launched service is Alinma’s card renewal/replacement service, which allows partners to receive new Alinma mada Debit Cards and Alinma Purchase Credit Cards directly from selected Alinma ATMs across Saudi Arabia.  Alinma has also added registration with the Ministry of Interior’s “Absher” service to Alinma Internet, the bank’s online portal (www.alinma.com).

Alinma services  can also be accessed though Alinma Phone (8001208000), Alinma Mobile (WAP), Alinma’s cross-platform smart device application, and its 1322 ATMs across the kingdom.
