Alinma Bank has reached a major milestone in its growth and development with the launch of its 1000th ATM. In only five years of operation, Alinma has moved quickly to fulfill its vision of becoming "your preferred financial partner." The bank’s ATM network, which brings its exemplary, Shariah-compliant products and services to bank partners (customers) across Saudi Arabia, has played an important role in the fulfillment of that vision.
Speaking about this milestone, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, the CEO of Alinma Bank, pointed to the ongoing expansion of its ATMs and branches (now numbering 98) as further evidence of Alinma’s commitment to service excellence. He also noted that it was the bank’s goal to bring convenience to its partners by having locations easily reached by the public.
Through Alinma ATMs, partners are able to execute a broad range of transactions and access a variety of other services as well. Key services include: cash withdrawals and deposits, check deposits, account-to-account transfers, local and international transfers, bill payments, government payments, “emergency cash” withdrawals, and printing mini account statements. Additionally, U.S. dollar withdrawals are available from ATMs at the following locations: King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, Malaz main branch, and Al-Ghadeer branch in Riyadh, Dammam branch in Dammam and Rabwa Branch in Jeddah.
Through the bank’s smartphone application, partners can use the “location” function to find the branch nearest to them. Alinma’s smartphone application is available for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Blackberry operating systems. The bank also provides around-the-clock services through its electronic channels which include Alinma Internet (www.alinma.com) Alinma Phone (8001208000) and Alinma Mobile.
