Under the patronage of the custodian of the two holy mosques King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz, alinma bank participated in the Career Week event at King Saud University. Through its participation, the bank was successful in sharing information about its employment opportunities and training programs and was able to attract large numbers of competent, young candidates.
Speaking about the event, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, CEO of the bank, said Alinma was committed to corporate social responsibility and playing a leading role in the banking sector with regard to Saudization, providing quality career opportunities for Saudis. Al-Fares also emphasized the importance of human capital as a strategic advantage and competitive pillar of the bank. He also said that the bank relied on its qualified and well-trained staff to execute the bank’s programs and to drive Alinma’s effort to redefine banking in the Kingdom.
