Alinma Bank Participates at University Career Fairs

Alinma Bank is proud to announce its participation at the 15th Graduate and Employment Career Fair at the Institute of Public Administration, held under the auspices of HRH Prince Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh, and the 28th Annual Career Day organized by King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals under the auspices of HRH Prince Mohammed Ibn Fahad Ibn Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province. The two events extend from May 22, 2011 through May 25, 2011. Through its participation, Alinma aims to share available job opportunities and benefits at the bank with students and graduates. This stems from the bank’s keenness to recruit, train and develop qualified Saudis to enter the banking profession.

Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, CEO of the bank, stressed the importance of participation in such forums noting that the bank truly values human capital. He also said that attracting and promoting young talent is a strategic objective for the bank.

Alinma Bank has established specialized training programs provided in collaboration with a number of pioneering training agencies as well as on-the-job training programs. By reaching out to students and fresh graduates, Alinma is fulfilling part of its role in the realm of corporate social responsibility.
