• Eligible transactions for a chance to win: International POS (Point of Sale) transactions and online purchases during the campaign period.
• The campaign applies to direct card use or via digital wallets: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay.
• Winners will be contacted via a phone call or SMS to the mobile number registered with the bank.
• The prize can be transferred to another person, provided their details are submitted within 3 days of being notified of the win through Alinma channels.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, points, or their equivalent.
• Closed, temporarily suspended, stolen, or delinquent cards are ineligible for the prize.
• Reversed, refunded, disputed, or cancelled transactions are ineligible.
• ATM cash withdrawals and digital wallet top-ups are ineligible.
• The customer shall have no right to claim the prize if it is rejected or if no response is received within 3 days from the announcement date.
• The bank reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of misuse, fraud, or manipulation.
