Terms and Conditions
- Minimum age of 18 is required for Saudis.
- Minimum age of 21 is required for expats.
- Maximum age of 75 years for retirees.
- Available to employee of an approved entities by Alinma Bank.
- Can be utilized 12 months after approval of personal financing or after repaying 20% of the financed amount.
- Administrative fees equivalent to 1% of the financed amount, up to a maximum of SAR 5,000.
