Alinma Bank has participated in the third annual Career Day recently organized by the University of Dammam on the university’s campus. The event was held under the patronage of HRH Prince Saud Ibn Naif, the governor of the Eastern Province.
The event was designed to provide a forum through which students and employers from the private and public sectors could engage. Alinma participated with the aim to both seek out new talent, as well as educate students and administrators about the bank’s services, vision, mission and values.
Speaking about the event, Alinma Bank General Manager of Human Capital, Dr. Sulaiman AlHudaif, said that the bank has a special interested in participating in such events as a way to share information about Alinma and attract potential new hires. He further emphasized Alinma’s commitment to the national economy and the importance of actively seeking out qualified Saudis for positions within the bank and further providing them with the kinds of training and development opportunities that will help them succeed in the work world. AlHudaif also noted that Alinma’s participation in such events was part of it commitment to corporate social responsibility and to playing a constructive role within Saudi society.
