Alinma Bank participated in the activities of the Career Day organized byKing Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals under the auspices of HRH Prince Saud Bin Naif Ibn Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern region. This participation is deemed a real opportunity to meet young competences and introduce the chances available to them. It also reflects the bank’s keenness to attract, train and develop talented Saudis in order to enter and compete in the banking sector.
Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, CEO of the bank, confirmed the importance of presence in such events based on the bank’s belief that human capital is the most valuable resource. He added that recruitment, training and professional development of young Saudis represent strategic objective of the bank and one of its significant contributions to providing contemporary banking services that meet the needs and aspirations of its partners and employees. He concluded that such participation represents also part of the bank’s professional and social responsibility towards local society.
