Alinma Bank will participate in the ninth annual Jeddah International Real Estate, Financing and Housing Exhibition (JIREX 2011) from March 12 through March 16, 2011 at the Jeddah International Center for Forums and Events in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The event is being organized by the Real Estate Committee of the Jeddah Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Jeddah Municipality. The event is being sponsored by HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal Ibn Abdulaziz, the governor of the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
Special real estate financing offers will be extended to exhibition attendees and will be valid from the start of the event through March 22, 2011 (17 Rabia II 1432). The offers allow Alinma partners to own property of their choice and will include such features as no down payment, no payment for the first 6 months, a financing limit of SAR 7 million, a repayment period of up to 30 years and exemption from administrative fees.
Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, the CEO of the bank, said on this occasion that the bank's participation in the exhibition was part of an ongoing effort to communicate with existing and potential partners in the western region of Saudi Arabia and to share with them information about Alinma’s various Shariah-compliant financing solutions. He pointed out that the bank would spare no effort in assisting citizens in owning either residential or commercial real estate.
More than 80 investors, real estate developers and major financing and investment companies from Saudi Arabia and the broader Arab region are expected to participate at JIREX 2011 along with senior design and construction consultants from around the world.
