Alinma Bank concludes today its participation at the ninth annual Jeddah International Real Estate, Financing and Housing Exhibition (JIREX 2011), organized by the Real Estate Committee of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Jeddah Municipality and held at the Jeddah International Center for Forums and Events. The exhibition was launched on March 12, 2011 under the auspices of Makkah governor, HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal Ibn Abdulaziz. More than 80 investors and real estate developers as well as major financing and investment companies in Saudi Arabia and the Arab world have participated in the event.
Visitor traffic at the Alinma Bank display has been heavy, with exhibition participants praising the special offers provided by the bank, such as the Shariah-compliant financing solutions for home and other real estate ownership.
Many visitors expressed their satisfaction with the competitive offers and profit margins featured at the Alinma display as well as the excellent level of customer service provided by Alinma staff.
Speaking about the event, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, the CEO of Alinma Bank said, "We are pleased with this great turnout at Alinma’s display and the strong interest in our products and services. Alinma Bank hopes to continue its participation at such events so as to conveniently connect partners with the products and services that suit their needs.”
The offers introduced by the bank at the exhibition included a competitive profit margin on financing products, an increased financing ceiling, an extended repayment period, exemption from administrative fees and a joint financing option that does not require the two partners involved to be related family members (an option introduced by Alinma Bank for the first time in Saudi Arabia). All such offers have been well received by exhibition visitors and have been in great demand.
