The Riyadh International Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Exhibition (Cityscape) concluded yesterday after 3 days of activity at the Four Seasons Hotel in the Olaya district of the city. With the close of the exhibition, Alinma Bank, which participated in the event, ended its special real estate financing offer extended to all exhibition visitors. Bank officials called the event a success, as Alinma continued in its mission to offer the best financing solutions to both current and prospective partners (customers).
During the exhibition’s opening ceremony on December 12, 2010, the exhibition’s sponsor, HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Naif, visited Alinma’s booth and listened to a short presentation about the bank’s achievements during the short period since its launch. HRH Prince Mohammed, in turn, wished Alinma success in its future endeavors.
The offer extended by the bank during the exhibition included a repayment period for real estate financing of up to 30 years and a financing amount of up to SAR 7 million. Additionally, the bank also made its full range of other products and services available to exhibition participants.
