  • Fake Websites: Imitation sites that capture your account data.
  • E-commerce Scams: Fraudulent online offers on unverified platforms.

  • Never share your banking details or (OTP) with anyone — including alinma employees.
  • Always verify the website link before entering any information.
  • Use only the official Alinma app and keep it updated regularly.
  • Ignore unknown or suspicious messages and links.
  • If you notice any unusual activity, contact us immediately.

  • Email Alinma’s Anti-Fraud Department at AF@alinma.com
  • If you receive a phishing SMS, forward it to 330330
  • Report the incident to the authorities through one of the following:
  • Submit a report via the Absher platform
  • Visit the nearest police station
  • Call:
    • 911 (Riyadh, Eastern Province, Makkah Region)
    • 999 (All other regions in the Kingdom)
