Steps to Register in the App:

  • Enter the national ID or residency number of the payroll cardholder along with their mobile number.
  • A verification code will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  • Create a username and password.
  • Receive a verification call on the registered mobile number.
  • Complete the login process.

 

Steps to Activate an International Beneficiary and Make a Transfer:

  • Log in through the Alinma app or Alinma Internet Banking.
  • Select "Transfer" from the menu.
  • Choose "Add Beneficiary," then specify the beneficiary type (Alinma Express or Western Union) and fill in the required details.
  • Activate the beneficiary by receiving a call from the bank.
  • Proceed with the transfer.
