Mr. Saad Abdulaziz Alkroud

Mr. Saad Abdulaziz Alkroud is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alinma Bank and the Chief of Staff at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since 2021. He has also served as the Secretary General of the Fund's Board of Directors since 2022.
Mr. Alkroud joined the PIF in 2016 as the Director of Stakeholder Management. In his current role as Chief of Staff, he oversees several departments within the fund, including Strategy and Planning, Project Management, Subsidiaries Affairs, Committee Governance, Data and Advisory Support, and Stakeholder Management.
Prior to joining the PIF, Mr. Alkroud served as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Abdul Latif Alissa Holding Group from 2010 to 2012. He also co-founded Mayaas, a private wealth management and diversification company, where he held the position of Vice President from 2012 to 2016.
Currently, Mr. Alkroud chairs the boards of Southern Province Cement Company, Dan Company, and the Saudi Technology Development and Investment Company. He is also the Vice Chairman of El-Seif Engineering Contracting, and serves on the boards of Diriyah Company, Al-Balad Development Company, and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center.
Mr. Saad holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from the University of La Verne in the United States and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
