Alinma Partners to Renew their Cards through ATMs

Within its permanent quest to provide innovative banking solutions and an array of distinct services, Alinma Bank announced the launch of Alinma “MADA” Card and “Purchase Credit Card” replacement and renewal service as well as resetting PIN codes through selected ATMs in different regions of Saudi Arabia. This new service covers a selected set of Alinma “MADA” Cards, namely classic, golden, Platinum and Alinma Purchase credit cards. As a first step, the service has been inaugurated in several ATMs in the Central, Western and Eastern regions and there will be a regular increase in the number of ATMs supporting this service.  
Partners can utilize from this new service by following easy steps. They should firstly login to their personal accounts through Alinma Internet or Alinma smartphone application, then selects “card services”. Through this screen, they should create a PIN code for the service and later they will receive a text message on their mobile phones registered with the Bank to confirm the request. Partners can identify the nearest location of ATMs supporting this service by clicking “ATMs supporting the service” option and a list of such ATMs will appear. At the selected ATM, the partner should enter the required data, namely: Alinma ID number, service and activation codes and then chooses the card and finally the required service (card’s replacement, renewal or PIN code reset).   
Speaking about this occasion, Mr. Fahad Al Samari, General Manger of Retail Banking Group, stressed Alinma endeavor to provide “up-to-date services”. He stated that “we care about our Partners through the provision of an advanced technological environment that has been established according to the highest and latest standards in the banking industry”. He added “we have gained; and are still gaining, the results of this excellence and the efforts exerted and supervised by Alinma qualified and knowledgeable Saudi staff. This is evidenced by the many awards the Bank has won recently, including the “Best Bank in Partners Service” Award, the “Best ATM Card in KSA” Award from the Banker Middle East magazine which is specialized in banking industry and two (2) awards from "Islamic Business & Finance Awards" for 2016.  
It is worth mentioning that Alinma Bank currently owns one of the best modern technological systems in the area of banking industry. Since the first day of launching its operations, the Bank introduced ATM cards and Credit cards obtained instantly from its branches. Likewise, the Bank offers all banking services through its different e-channels, including Alinma Internet (www.alinma.com), Alinma Phone (8001208000), Alinma Mobile (WAP) and Alinma smartphone application which is compatible with all types of mobile phones and tablet devices with their multiple systems and screen sizes. Recently, Alinma Bank allowed its Partners to easily complete registration in the Ministry of Interior online services “Absher” through Alinma Internet or Alinma smartphone application. Additionally, Alinma Bank has a kingdom-wide network of 124 branches serving both men and ladies and a wide and distinct network of more than 1300 ATMs.
