Alinma Bank Launches Its Services by Opening Its Branches and Self-Service Channels

Today Alinma Bank announced the opening of the first group of branches in its branch office network, a network that will expand to 15 nationwide locations gradually over the next two weeks. The Bank also announced the launch of its self-service channels, which include ATMs, internet services and phone banking.

On this occasion, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al Fares, CEO of Alinma Bank said, “We are pleased to announce the launch of our operation in the Kingdom today and the provision of various Shariah-compliant banking services.” He further added that that the Bank would, in the near future, launch several unique services and expand its branch network to cover most cities of the Kingdom. In doing so, Alinma will have the capability to address the needs of all segments of society.

The Bank has completed its deployment of ATMs that provide 24-hour service to both Alinma partners (clients) and clients of other banks. Through the ATM network as well as through the Alinma Internet and Alinma Phone services, partners can access their accounts, execute transactions and avail themselves of a variety of services such as account inquiries, bank transfers, bill payments, credit card payments and notifications regarding available services. All of these services are available around the clock, seven days per week.

Alinma’s branch office locations were strategically selected to be easily accessible to partners and were designed to meet their needs. This design includes a unique floor plan that efficiently distributes branch traffic amongst the various service areas such as reception, partner services and teller services. The foregoing services are supported by the latest in banking technology that insures safety, security and efficiency. Each branch also has an area dedicated to self-service channels where partners can open an account make personal financing requests and access a range of other services in an easy, automated manner.
