Easier Requirements For A Better Service

For The Completed Property:
•    Al-Had Al-Shamel (credit limit)
•    Real estate deed and owner's details (name and contact information)
•    Municipality permission letter (for building)
•    Property location map
•    Completed real estate financing application form

For Your Dream House That Is Fully Built, The Following Specifications Should Be Met:
•    The property should not be older than 15 years*
•    The property needs to be located within an urban area
•    The property should be built and equipped with services
•    Service availability (water, electricity)

For The Property Under Construction or Partially Built Real Estate property from Authorized real estate

office **:

•    Copy of the land layout

•    Engineering design and quantities and prices’ lists for the habitation to be built or completed in addition to

      the technical specifications

•    Price offer for the land to be built upon
•    A double sided copy of the deed
•    A double sided copy of the construction area (in case the completion of construction is requested)
•    A croquis (or sketch) showing how to reach the site of the lot

Al-Had Al-Shamel (credit limit) application requirements:
•    Employer must be from the Alinma list of approved employers
•    Open a current account with Alinma Bank
•    Obtain a certified letter from your employer indicating your salary and service period details

•    Obtain a certified letter from your employer verifying your salary deposit with Alinma Bank (assignment of

      salary and benefits) available for none salary transfer*
